Holiday Potato Waffles


2+ cups of mashed potatoes

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 tbsp Wet Wizard sauce, plus more for a topping


Wet Wizard sauce

Cheddar cheese, shredded

Chives or green onions

Sour cream

Scrambled Eggs

Bacon crumbles


In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with the eggs, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well and add some Wet Wizard sauce to the batter.

Heat waffle iron. Spray with cooking oil or butter. Put batter into waffle iron and cook until golden and crispy.

Serve with your choice of toppings!
